We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days for production. Average shipping times are 15-21 days. What materials are used in Creative Afro handbags and accessories?
Our handbags and accessories are made with African print and lined with cotton fabric.

How do I care for my Creative Afro products to ensure they last?
Tote and Boho bags can be machine washed on a gentle and cold cycle, preferably in a delicate garment bag. Hang to dry. Clutch purses should be spot cleaned with a wet cloth.

Are all Creative Afro products handmade?
Yes, all our products are handmade in the Creative Afro Studio in Richmond, VA.

What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. You must return the item at your own expense, and once we receive it, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel before it ships. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return system for a full refund.

What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?
If you have entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the correct address within 24 hours. If the address is incorrect, we can change it to the correct one within this time frame. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
